Terms of sale

These terms govern distance sales of non-regulated physical goods offered by BRICS Store.

1. Seller

2. Products

Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped without BRICS Store holding inventory. Essential characteristics, options and availability are presented before purchase. Variant stock is checked again before payment is created.

3. Prices

The final price shown before Checkout includes the product and selected shipping method. Amounts are recalculated before payment to limit discrepancies between catalogue prices and current supplier costs.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. An order is considered paid only after Stripe confirms payment.

5. Delivery

Displayed delivery times come from shipping options available when calculated. They are estimates and may vary with the carrier, destination, customs and events beyond the seller’s reasonable control.

6. Unavailability

If the supplier cannot fulfil an order despite prior checks, the customer is contacted and offered an appropriate solution, including a refund when fulfilment is impossible.
