Changed your mind?
For distance purchases covered by the French right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your decision without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions include personalised items and certain unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You pay direct return costs if you change your mind. Request the correct return address before shipping: it may be abroad and different from the address on the parcel.
Refunds include the original standard delivery charge under the applicable legal conditions. A refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return shipment are received. The original payment method is used unless a different, fee-free arrangement is agreed.
A problem with your item?
If an item is damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us with your order details and the problem. Include useful photos if possible. This is separate from changing your mind and does not limit your statutory guarantees.
Notify withdrawal by email
Template to complete: ‘I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from order [reference], received on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […].’
